GOURMET EVENING

Wednesday 6th December 2017 – £38 per person, booking essential

Launay’s Gourmet Evening, held on the first Wednesday of every month, is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a number of dishes and flavours. As ever, if you would like us to make any changes to the dishes being served, we will gladly discuss any options with you. We normally advise that you arrive between 7:00-7.30pm to give you enough time to relax between courses.

GOURMET EVENING MENU

Aperitif

Mince pie manhattan, chestnut and ham risotto

L’entree

Warm pressed turkey leg, orange and treacle stuffing terrine, salt baked carrots

Le poisson

Salmon mi-cuit, beetroot, potato broth, horseradish snow

La viande

Chateaubriand, potatoes en papillote, root vegetables and; sautéed sprouts, red wine jus

Fromage

Poached pear tarte tatin, glazed with gorgonzola

Dessert

Christmas pudding soufflé, brandy ice cream

Cafe

Coffee, eggnog tartlette

 

A deposit of £10 per person or credit card details. 5 days notice of cancellation is required or deposit is non-refundable / £10 cancellation charge will apply to credit card.
