GOURMET EVENING

Wednesday 1st November 2017 – £38 per person, booking essential

Launay’s Gourmet Evening, held on the first Wednesday of every month, is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a number of dishes and flavours. As ever, if you would like us to make any changes to the dishes being served, we will gladly discuss any options with you. We normally advise that you arrive between 7:00-7.30pm to give you enough time to relax between courses.

Aperitif

Gummi cocktail, Poached egg gratinee, celeriac puree, spinach, parmesan, soldier

L’entree

Partridge leg & breast, warm chestnut & mushroom salad, silverskin onion, mushroom puree

Le poisson

Skate wing, confit chicken wing, poached pear, walnut gnocchi, kale

La viande

Ash rolled venison loin, beetroot espuma, braised pernod red cabbage, raisin puree, bacon lardon, jus

Fromage

Crottin of goats cheese en croute, fig & endive salad

Dessert

Brown butter mille feuille, praline mousse, grated walnut, puff pastry ice cream

Cafe

Coffee, toffee apple

 

A deposit of £10 per person or credit card details. 5 days notice of cancellation is required or deposit is non-refundable / £10 cancellation charge will apply to credit card.
