GOURMET EVENING

Wednesday 4th September 2019 – £38 per person, booking essential

Launay’s Gourmet Evening, held on the first Wednesday of every month, is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a number of dishes and flavours. As ever, if you would like us to make any changes to the dishes being served, we will gladly discuss any options with you. We normally advise that you arrive between 7:00-7.30pm to give you enough time to relax between courses.

GOURMET EVENING MENU

Aperitif

Kir, steak tartare au poivre, potato crisp, mushroom

Entrée

Purple potato & ginger soup, Asian salad, sweet potato dumplings

Le poisson

Cured hand dived scallop, clarified tomato jelly, cucumber dill oil

La viande

Loin of roe deer, salt baked celeriac & tagliatelle,
redcurrant jelly & jus, wild mushrooms

Fromage

Stilton & fig Victoria sponge, whipped garlic cream

Dessert

Butternut squash & caramel panacotta, pumpkin seed granola,
caramelised squash puree, vanilla marinated squash

Cafe

Coffee, key lime pie, coconut brittle

 

A deposit of £10 per person or credit card details. 5 days notice of cancellation is required or deposit is non-refundable / £10 cancellation charge will apply to credit card.
