Terrine de jamboneau

Ham hock terrine, pork jelly, our piccalilli, coriander micro leaf salad, sesame seed mini loaf

Saumon a l’anette et gin

Gin & dill cured salmon gravalax, dill cream cheese, pickled vegetables, ciabatta biscotte

Oeuf en filo

Crispy hens egg in filo pastry, watercress, cheese straws, English mustard emulsion


Tournedos Rossini

Roasted fillet of beef, served pink, chicken liver pate, fried crouton, madeira jus,
turned rosemary potato, green beans, roasted shallots

Fillet mignon au boudin noir

Pork tenderloin with black pudding, wrapped in prosciutto ham, bacon creamed cabbage,
sable parmentier potatoes, grain mustard sauce

Turbot a la bisque de crab

Poached turbot fillet, crab bisque, crab ravioli, saffron pilaf rice, sprouting broccoli

Souffle au fromage

Twice baked smoked applewood cheese souffle, chive hollandaise,
sautéed purple potatoes, roasted cauliflower
