On the first day…

A glass of sparkling wine & Partridge, Jerusalem artichoke and pear chutney canapes

On the second day…

Two turtle doves, the old & new testament and the creation of people.

Old Timber “revelation” cocktail, Rye whiskey, cinnamon, orange, Cointreau, Leopold

On the third day…
Three French hens, “Faith, hope & love”

French traditional scrambled eggs, gruyere sabayon, fresh truffle en croute

On the fourth day…
Four calling birds

Four bird terrine, duck, pheasant, guinea fowl & turkey, red currant chutney and Swedish cracker

On the twelfth day…
Twelve drummers drumming

Chicken drumstick, yuzu & honey glaze

On the seventh day…
Seven swans a swimming, “The seven gifts of the Holy spirit”

Our twist on a bloody Mary, with celery air and Worcester pearls

On the fifth day…
Five gold rings!

Halibut loin, golden beetroot & raisins with parsnip foam

Six geese a-laying

Traditional roast goose, goose fat potato, clementine, sage & goose leg farce, glazed carrot and jus
